Project EDWARD in Włocławek

The police action was guided by the "zero vision", meaning zero seriously injured and fatal victims of traffic accidents on that day. Inspections were carried out, in which the police appealed for reason on the road and compliance with the regulations.

Yesterday's activities included not only roadside checks, but also talks with young people about road safety. Officers also ensured that residents, including many students, successfully reached the municipal stadium, where the record was broken while waving the national flag on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of regaining independence in Poland.

The goal of yesterday's "EDWARD" has been achieved - on this day, the police did not report any accident. However, it is worth road users remembering every day, and not just one day a year, that road safety depends mainly on themselves, on whether they will be responsible and comply with the rules.
